The benefit of Ultherapy is that it takes less than one hour and no one need know. The procedure can target the face (upper and lower face), neck, chin, abdomen, arms and legs with no incisions on the skin surface.
Results last 12 months and need to be repeated regularly.
It uses the body's natural response to the treatment, stimulating collagen growth and promoting healing.
The procedure takes one to two hours, depending on the area being treated with minimal recovery time after each session. It is a walk-in walk out treatment and you can return to your daily activities with no one ever knowing you’ve had the treatment.
Treatment price is outlined below. From £3,000.
Ultherapy is the only FDA approved minimally invasive treatment that uses pulses of ultrasound energy to create a thermal effect that will encourage the production of collagen. This effect will lift and tighten ageing skin without surgery. It works by delivering the power only in the deeper layers of the skin, stimulating new collagen growth and promoting healing.
The procedure takes about 60 to 90 minutes for each area treated (e.g., neck, jawline, lower face), and you can return to your normal daily activities immediately afterwards. The procedure delivers no heat or damage to the skin's surface, so minimal recovery time is involved.
Ultherapy is a non-surgical and minimally invasive treatment. It may give you mild discomfort. It doesn’t have an intense sensation, but it may cause patients with sensitive skin to feel a mild pinching or pulling sensation. The area treated with Ultherapy may be slightly red and swollen for a few hours, but this goes away within 24 hours.
Ultherapy is a high intense micro focused ultrasounds energy that works to repair and stimulate the natural collagen giving a lifted and tightened skin. This beautifying effect has clear benefits:
To maintain the results annual treatmetns are recommended.
Before the procedure, we will cleanse your face and neck. Our medical professional will apply a mild ultrasound gel to help deliver energy evenly to the skin. They will then pass an applicator over the treatment area, delivering pulses of ultrasound energy under your skin. The ultrasound waves create micro-fractures in collagen tissue and stimulate new collagen growth while promoting healing. As the body naturally responds to treatment, collagen builds and tightens the skin.
What are the risks associated with Ultherapy?
The treatment stimulates the body's natural response to collagen, so we associate minimal discomfort with Ultherapy treatments. Immediately after treatment, there may be some tenderness and mild bruising around the treatment area. In rare cases, some patients may experience temporary swelling or numbness.
What is the recovery time for Ultherapy?
Ultherapy does not generate heat or damage to the skin's surface, so minimal recovery time is involved. You can return to your everyday daily activities following treatment. There may be some redness or mild swelling after treatment, and this usually subsides within 24 hours.
What results can I expect from Ultherapy? How many treatments do I need?
Most patients enjoy a mild lifting effect after treatment. This can take a few months. You may notice smoother-looking skin.
Deciding how many treatments you need is down to the individual. The new collagen that is produced during treatment will gradually lift the skin for about a year, although it could be longer and individual results do vary.
What scarring can you expect from Ultherapy?
Ultherapy treatments do not produce any scars from this treatment.
How soon will I see results / are they permanent?
You can see results after treatment, however for optimal results it can take a few months. Annual treatments are recommeded to maintain the results.
How much does Ultherapy cost?
The cost of Ultherapy treatments for the lower face is £3,000. The best option is to book a consultation to discuss the area you are interested in tightening.

How should I care for my skin after Ultherapy?
To maintain your skin long after Ultherapy, we suggest you wear a good sunblock and moisturiser.
